Return Process

  Ensure the rug is rolled tightly and secured in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a convenient courier pickup from your doorstep so you don't have to carry a heavy rug to the post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
